Description
This is the updated version with all Farrier's suggestions! I'm happy with her now!
Sadly something wrong happened after updating the image, and it wasn't found anymore, so I had to delete it and upload the new version again.

The following are the first description of the picture and the wonderful comments I got

Colored version of Lil Di.. finally
I did the coloring while being half alive actually with no eat nor sleep for about a day
So will most probably be updating it with another version that satisfies my pickyness when I'm more awake, and be adding it as a wallpaper
Background was initially doodled with Painter then rendered with photoshop, and Di's colors were done with Photoshop only

Awww, how adorable! And I have a little bit of a critique for you. 
* The hair on the back of the head should probably be longer, at least falling NEAR the back of her neck and either the same length or longer. Otherwise it makes her head look very elongated.
* I'm not sure why part of the dress is sticking straight up. There's no indication of wind in her hair to explain it--or at least not ENOUGH of a sway is in her hair to explain the dress going FOOF! up to her face.
It looks good though. Keep it up.
